30 day return policy (countdown starts once package has arrived). If the book is damaged, you must take a photo of the book and send it to heretohelp@hospicefundamentals.com. If the book is not damaged, you must email us at the same address and include an explanation as to why the book is being returned. Each return will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. No returns will be accepted after the 30 day window.
